In this short introductory call, we will explore what your change goals are and what your current obstacles are to growth. Following this call, if you choose to move ahead, we will send you a bespoke quote for our collaboration, including detail of how we would proceed through a change audit and optionally, applied change.
Change audit
This analysis will confirm where your organisation’s pain points and main obstacles are. Through 1:1 meetings with key staff\volunteers and a review of your current communications, systems and processes, a report will be prepared with key recommended changes and areas of growth. Easy wins will be highlighted. You can then choose to have CoCreate Change manage these changes though our applied change program.
Applied change
Building on the report in the change audit, the applied change service will directly intervene with your organisation to instil change where it matters most. Your organisation will be guided on a collaborative journey of change according to a clearly defined strategy, enabling you to reach your organisational goals more easily, and so make the change in the world you want to see.
